Therefore I don&#039;t have much advice to give him other than the workouts that  I do, which he obviously cannot do. These tips will be perfect for him. &lt;p&gt;I am 47 years of age and live a pretty active life. I have always considered myself in pretty good shape. With the years creeping up on me I have found myself in a position where I was not as healthy as I thought. I now have to take medications to help control my blood pressure daily. Something no one wants to do.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Had I known more about this information at an earlier age and followed the guidelines better. I most likely would not be in this position.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please, folks, listen to Debbie! The earlier you start creating these habits the better of your life will be! I am now forced to learn these habits and change my lifestyle.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
